Singing is an invigorating and expansive practice which is valued across all cultures and languages. It opens up the opportunity to engage several sense fields for practice. We will practice several of the Aro gTér yogic songs interspersed with silent sitting.

All are welcome to attend. It is recommended that attendees spend some time on the yogic song webpage on the Aro Buddhism website so that they can become familiar with the melodies.
