Spectrum of Ecstasy Study Group

Spectrum of Ecstasy is a book by Ngak'chang Rinpoche concerning the practice of working with the five elements. Students will learn how our neuroses mirror our enlightenment. Through the perspective of this book, Buddhists can discover that every moment of their life is an opportunity to practice and to embrace their emotions as the path. Ngakpa Seng-ge Dorje will guide the group through a reading of the text which will emphasize how to practically put the teachings to use in one’s own life.

During the course, attendees are encouraged to ask questions. Anyone may attend regardless of
experience with Buddhism.
