The Aro Cardiff Meetup gathers fortnightly for practice and study.

The meetings begin and end with a short period of yogic song and meditation, with the study of a Buddhist book taking up the main part of the session.

There is no charge for the meetings, though some people like to make a donation to help further the work of Sang-ngak-chö-dzong (Charity no: 1019886), the Buddhist charity that supports the Aro Cardiff Meetup.
