Enlightenment is ours to see, hear, touch, smell,
taste, and ideate – but all we seem to sense,
is the shifting surface of that vastness.­ We see
reflections, but are blind to the nature of the
mirror. We see waves, but fail to experience the ocean.
We see clouds, but cannot conceive of the sky.

Session 1 - Friday 19:30 until 22:30 - Introducing the non-monastic Buddhist Tradition, and Meditation. Session 2 - Saturday 10:00 until 13:00 - Meditation, the 4 Naljors, and sKu-mNyé (Buddhist yoga). Session 3 - Saturday 15:00 until 19:00 - sKu-mNyé instruction and practice, and Q&A on Apprenticeship in the Aro Tradition. Session 4 (no donation required) - Sunday 13:00 - personal interviews
