Relationship as Practice in Vajrayana BuddhismTalk by Ngak'chang RinpocheTalk with Ngak´chang Rinpoche
7 pm
Ngak'chang Rinpoche will present teachings on how
to approach romantic relationship as a practice of mutual reflection from the perspective of the Inner Tantras and Dzogchen. These teachings demonstrate that every aspect of ordinary human life, including passion, intimacy, and falling in love, can be integrated into the life of a spiritual practitioner. Rinpoche will discuss Vajra Romance as a profound path of living the view, arising from appreciating the vivacity of the sense perceptions-which gives rise both to sexuality and to the creative arts. Audience questions are encouraged. Rinpoche is the author of six books, including E-mailing the Lamas from Afar, Entering the Heart of the Sun and Moon, both released this year. Many of his books were co-written with his wife and teaching partner Khandro Déchen, who recently published Moving Being. |
