"We have always been enlightened - have always dwelt in the non-dual state. Our confusion is merely our fear of that fact."
Khandro Déchen

Ngakma Déwang Pamo and Naljorpa Traktung Dorje will invite you to travel back in time to ancient India this weekend: Exploring the rich and dramatic teachings of the Mahasiddhas according to the Aro gTér, we will tap into the methods of those Buddhist practitioners who sought and found inspiration in their daily routines, their working lives, their very personal environments.

In the course of the weekend, transmission will be given for selected methods of meditation. There will also be instruction of sKu-mNyé, and time to practice them together. sKu-mNyé is a Buddhist system of physical exercises that massage the body on the psycho-physical level. These exercises are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and provide direct access to profound meditation experience.

No previous Buddhist knowledge is necessary for participation. Beginners and their questions are just as welcome as experienced practitioners.
