Entering the Heart of the Sun and Moon

‘Entering the Heart of the Sun and Moon’ is an extrapolation on Khyungchen Aro Lingma’s Khandro dPa’wo Nyi-da Mélong Gyüd ( mKha’ ‘gro dPa bo nyi zLa me long rGyud / མཁའ་འགྲོ་དཔ་བོ་ཉི་ཟླ་མེ་ལོང་རྒྱུད་ ).
This is the essential Dzogchen Long-dé teaching on Vajra Romance.

Entering the Heart of the Sun and Moon describes the essential nondual nature of romantic love: in the living application of a Dzogchen gTérma revealed by Aro Lingma (1886-1923). Her revelation explodes the myth that celibacy holds spiritual advantages over a natural life. It opens a portal to those inspired to integrate every aspect of life with nondual absorption. Sexuality is portrayed as the pervasive stratum of the senses and the fields of the senses -- and, as such, is the heart of the creative Arts. Although the essence of this is common to every Vajrayana lineage, it has never been extrapolated in detail, with regard to how it is lived. This is the milieu of the Mahasiddhas. We discover not simply a lucid description of the Nyi-da Mélong -- but a rich crystalline commentary in contemporary language. The text reveals in profound depth: the spiritual vivacity of falling in love; perceptual intimacy; vajra romance; nondual passion; liberated lust; and, the possibility of remaining in love indefinitely in the efflorescence of nonduality.
