A weekly 30 minute class on Monday mornings at 10am BST (GMT+1) introducing the practice of silent sitting. Right here, right now just might be the time to learn how to develop a meditation practice - the single most useful thing you will ever do for yourself and everyone around you. Through meditation practice we find our first real taste of freedom – freedom from conditioning. Meditation gets us back into the driver’s seat to live life – rather than having life live us. In the open space of clarity and compassion we find tremendous creative energy, spontaneity, and a zest for living.

Each session will be archived on the Aro Ling Facebook page so that you can access it later if you are unable to make the session.

Each week there will also be a streamed Sunday morning session from 10am to 11am BST where we will answer any questions you might have about the practice - questions can be emailed to us by Saturday evening.
