Online: The Meditative Medicine Chest

Talk with Déwang Pamo and Traktung Dorje

Saturday, April 11th, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. CET (Central European Time)
Online, for details see text below
Buddhist practice is traditionally compared to medicine: Meditation is medicine for the mind that helps us develop a healthy relationship with our thoughts and feelings. It helps us to resonate with reality as it is - with an open eye and an open heart.

We herewith open our virtual meditative medicine chest for all those who want to learn and practice Buddhist meditation according to the Aro gTér. Our "medicine" will be accessible for those who want to stay awake and be compassionate with themselves and others, right here and right now.

Each of the evenings is dedicated to a specific topic or method. The teachings will include readings from relevant stories and texts as well as question and answer periods. Newcomers are always welcome, previous knowledge of Buddhism is not required.
