Bar-ché and Mé-sèl will explain, from the Thangtong Thugtig, how to be open to the dynamic, sparkling, pulsing, radiating, expressive vitality of phenomena. How to be in a state of natural openness to perceive--and to be of influence. The more we appreciate, the more we experience spaciousness within this vastness ocean of interconnectedness. The more we experience oceanic interconnectedness, the more we discover uniqueness and the constantly motile stream of Drala and the beings within. We are all our unique conscious stream within the ocean of reality, made up from the same essences. The ocean is full of its always changing currents. Dancing with specific Dralas, physical and non physical beings—within the all-encompassing Drala of phenomena—we experience the seamlessly influential dance of reality.

The Nyingma practice of Drala enhances the capacity to appreciate — and the key to the pure enjoyment which leads naturally to an appreciation for the enjoyment of others.
When one learns to appreciate phenomena, the sense fields sparkle and an infinite capacity for generosity is born. This connects
with others - hence, kindness and appropriate action become effortless.
The practice of Drala is a method of becoming aware of the sentient nature of the world.
This is important at this time of climate change and increasing pollution.
Drala is awareness of the phenomenal world’s inherent magic — the communicative flow between perceivers of the natural world and the natural world that is perceived.

Questions are encouraged and introduction to meditation can be given if there is interest.
