Full Spectrum Awareness

Dzogchen practices of Body, Energy and Mind

Weekend event with Shé-zér Khandro

Saturday 18th November and Sunday 19th November
Sambhala Tibet Center Budapest
Atilla út 123
Budapest, Hungary
Ngakma Shé-zér will explore how the simple yet profound methods of Dzogchen can work on all levels of our being – our body, energy and mind.

She will introduce practices of meditation – to work at the level of mind, sung mantra to work at the level of energy and physical yoga practices (suitable for all levels of fitness) to work at the level of body.

Ngakma Shé-zér will explore how we cut ourselves off from our full potential as human beings and will show how applying these practices can open us up to experience the Full Spectrum of our Awareness.

“Dzogchen is the everyday magic of being precisely what we are; without drudgery of either fantasy or banal pragmatism. When we discover that it takes fantastic effort to create the frustration and unfulfillment which we experience in our lives; we could easily burst out laughing!”
