A 6 week course introducing the teachings and meditation practices of Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism. Whether you’re new to meditation or have some experience, this short course introduces Vajrayana methods that can radically change our experience of life to one of unconditioned wonderment full of limitless possibilities… addressing our experience of being human at the most essential level of perception. We will explore what it is to be human, to find ourselves alive, awake, and crackling with creative energy in every moment. Through increased awareness we can liberate our innate unending kindness, making us cheerful beings who are good to have around. Theory, practical techniques, humour, and handouts available in each session.
