Ngakma Nor’dzin has been a Buddhist practitioner for nearly 40 years. In this session she will introduce the fundamental practices of the Aro gTér Lineage. Her approach is pragmatic and light-hearted. Everyone attending will be able to grasp the principle of establishing a daily meditation practice that can inspire the discovery of the nature of Mind. Chris McMahon All Aro gTer retreats are non-smoking events. Smokers are welcome to attend, but in accordance with Nyingma teaching, and Vajrayana Buddhism in general, we require participants to desist from the smoking of tobacco for the entire duration of the retreat – both on or off the premises where retreats are held. Tobacco in any form should not be brought to the retreat. |
