Apprentice Retreat examining the teachings on Embodying Natural Dignity. Following the initial presentation of these teachings in Finland - Ngakma Shé-zér and Ngakpa Namgyal are delighted that Lama Bar-ché and Lama Mé-sèl are now joining them in Wales to further explore these exquisite teachings.

Saturday night will include a Natural Dignity dinner and dancing will be taught in the afternoons.

Accommodation is either camping, sleeping in the shrine room or staying at local B&B.
