Explore the rich and dramatic symbolism of inner Tantra, through practices of vision, yogic song, chant, mudra, and Tantric music. We are symbols of our true enlightened selves, and through ‘wearing’ the visionary body of the awareness-beings we can reveal our true nature. The peaceful, joyous, and wrathful awareness-beings are the key to both personal dignity and to perceiving the dignity of others.

The day will conclude with an empowerment into the practice of Yeshé Tsogyel, the female tantric Buddha of Tibet.

The retreat is led by two ordained practitioners, Ngakma Nor’dzin Pamo and Ngakpa ’ö-Dzin Tridral - a married teaching couple with over 30 years practice experience. They teach internationally as well as been the primary teachers at Aro Ling Cardiff Buddhist Centre. Ngakma Nor’dzin is the author of Spacious Passion, and the award-winning Relaxing Into Meditation. Their first book written together will be available from the beginning of 2016 and is called Illusory Advice.

There will be an hour's lunch break at 1pm. Whitchurch Village has many pleasant coffee bars and restaurants, or please bring your own packed lunch. There will be tea breaks during the day for which refreshments are provided.
