Meditation is a primary method of self-discovery through which neurotic habit patterns can be revealed. Generally our experience of the mind is a continual commentary. Who are we when we allow the chatter of the mind to subside? Learn how discovering empty, silent mind can help us become kinder and more content. Meditation can be practised sitting, standing, walking and lying.
This day of teachings will explore all these postures, and many different and varied meditations methods.

There will be an hour's lunch break at 1pm. Whitchurch Village has many pleasant coffee bars and restaurants, or please bring your own packed lunch. There will be tea breaks during the day for which refreshments are provided.
