Living, Dreaming, Dying - a weekend of teachings

Weekend event with Nor´dzin Pamo and ´ö-Dzin Tridral

Friday January 16th – Sunday 18th January 2015.

Aro Ling Cardiff Buddhist Centre
rear of 35 Merthyr Road (Chambers), Whitchurch, Cardiff, CF14 1DB
Cardiff, Wales, UK
Ngakma Nor’dzin and Ngakpa ’ö-Dzin will lead this weekend of teachings. They will explore how we can we live with honour and integrity, ensuring that we are always existing as open-hearted human beings, rather than falling into other less human states of mind.
Learn the practice of dream yoga and discover how dream consciousness differs from waking consciousness, and how we can make this time valuable, rather than a period of unconsciousness. Discover living and dying, permanence and impermanence, as a natural and continual flow throughout our lives, rather than fearing death as a single future definitive event.

Session 1: Friday 16th January 19:00pm – 20:30pm.
Dream Yoga – learn the practice of dream yoga and how to make sleep-time useful.

Session 2: Saturday 17th January 10:00am – 12:00noon.
Living and Dying Every Day – death and impermanence as the natural ebb and flow of existence.

Session 3: Saturday 17th January 14:00pm – 16:00pm.
Changing Mind Moments – the realms of existence through which we move because of our emotional responses.

Session 4: Saturday 17th January 18:00pm – 20:00pm.
Tantric Empowerment – transmission of the practice of Yeshé Tsogyel, the female tantric Buddha.

Session 5: Sunday 18th January 10:00am – 12:00noon
