Come along and find out what meditation is . . . and isn't. Ask all the questions you've always wanted to ask.
Such as: Is it easy? Is it difficult? Do I have to sit in a special position? How long should I meditate? When should I meditate? How often should I meditate? Ngakma Nor'dzin will be leading the session. She is the author of the award-winning book Relaxing into Meditation, and has over 30 years of meditation experience. At this series of Saturday morning sessions you can sample a range of Vajrayana teachings and activities. These Saturday sampler sessions start at the beginning of May 2014 and run through till July. Each one runs from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Supervised children welcome and most of the sessions are suitable for them to enjoy joining in. Do come along and find out about a variety of subjects. |
