There'll be a practice group for physical exercises from the Aro and Ling Gésar traditions from 11:00am to 12:30pm. This group can accommodate you, whatever your physical ability, so please don't hold back on the grounds that you might find them too strenuous. We'll practice the exercises that are most suited to those who attend.

Then we'll break for a potluck lunch - please bring a contribution.

In the afternoon, from 2:00 to 3:30pm there will be silent sitting and yogic song with instruments.

You can also join the morning group remotely via Google hangout. Hangout space is limited to ten participants, so if you’d like to join us online for the physical practice group in the morning, please book well in advance. You need to have a Google Plus account so that Rin'dzin can send you the link to the hangout.

After 3:30pm people will leave for travel home or stay for another hour of practice, exercise or questions and discussion.

Rin'dzin is organising this event. Please correspond privately for directions or if you would like to know more about the practices and physical exercises.

Aro apprentices, members and regular California practice group attendees are invited to stay overnight and we'll hike and practice together on Sunday.

Tsa Lung physical exercises:
(Tibetan: 'rTsa rLung,' Sanskrit: 'nadi vayu/pranha'
Tsa are the energetic channels of the body through which lung – 'wind' or 'energy' – flow. The Tsa Lung system is sometimes called the 'subtle body.'

This is a non-smoking event. That is, you commit to not smoking at all for the duration (11am to 3:30pm).
