A 5 week course introducing techniques for discovering what is going on in your mind. 10 minutes of meditation every day can help transform your perspective on life and grant a lasting sense of spaciousness and wellbeing. In addition to the core practice itself, you will be introduced to supporting practices to help you cope with a variety of meditation experiences.
Each session includes written material for you to take away and utilise in your personal practice, including descriptions of everything you will be taught during the five weeks. |
